Here's what to look for in the Baltimore area this week. Thi list includes only newly announced work, not continuing construction, which is extensive on several highways, including Interstate 95, U.S. 50/301 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
New Highway projects
The right northbound lane of U.S. 1 from Miller Road to Sheradale Drive will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., weekdays for reconstruction.
Traffic will be divided on I-95 from the Baltimore line to Metropolitan Boulevard for bridge overlays.
Expect delays and lane closures on Interstate 695 from Belair Road to Perring Parkway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 5 weekdays for bridge construction.
Route 176 (Dorsey Road) will be closed at Route 295 from 9 a.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday for construction on Route 100 at Route 295. Detours will be in effect.
West Liberty Road (Route 439) will be divided into two-way traffic.
Bus route changes:

Nos. 21, 28, 30 and 210
Effective through 6 a.m. tomorrow, these buses will travel temporary routes because of Artscape '91:
No. 21 -- Westbound via regular route on Preston Street to Maryland Avenue, south on Maryland, west on Chase Street, south on Martin Luther King Boulevard, north on Howard Street, west on Dolphin Street, then via regular route. No change eastbound.
No. 28 -- Northbound via regular route on Howard to Park Avenue, north on Park to McMechen Street, then via regular route. Southbound via regular route on Park to McMechen, south and east on Park, south on Howard, then via regular route.
No. 30 -- Northbound via regular route eastbound on McMechen to Park, north on Park, east on North to Mount Royal, then via regular route. Southbound via regular route westbound on North to Mount Royal, west on North, south on Park, west on McMechen, then via regular route.
No. 210 -- Southbound via regular route westbound on Preston to Cathedral, south on Cathedral, south and west on Martin Luther King, south on Druid Hill Avenue, south on Eutaw Street, then via regular route. No change northbound.
No. 20 -- Tomorrow from noon to 11 p.m., Baltimore Street from Bond Street to Broadway will be closed because of the Caribbean Festival. Eastbound via regular route on Baltimore to Gay Street, north on Gay, east on Fayette Street, south on Broadway, east on Baltimore, then via regular route. Westbound via regular route on Baltimore to Broadway, north on Broadway, west on Fayette to Central Avenue, then via regular route.
