Striking workers

It's your call

July 15, 1991

Congress is considering a measure that would make it illegal JTC for employers to permanently replace striking workers. All but three members of Maryland's congressional delegation have decided to support the measure. The House of Representatives is expected to vote on the bill Wednesday. The Senate vote is expected to come later in the summer. President Bush has threatened to veto the measure if Congress approves it.

We'd like to know whether you are for or against the bill. Should Congress make it illegal for employers to permanently replace striking workers?
