Dupree joins board of energy consortium nHC

Edward A. Dupree, energy chief for the city's Urban Services Agency, has been elected to the board of directors of the National Low Income Energy Consortium.

The consortium coordinates the efforts of public, private, local and national institutions to find solutions to the energy problems of low-income families.

Dupree has been with Urban Services since 1974.
