Dolores Helm Rice

Dolores Helm Rice, a retired real estate manager, died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital after a 13-month battle with cancer. She was 66 and lived in Towson.

Services for Mrs. Rice were being held today at the Newman Center, 7909 York Road.

The Baltimore native was a real estate agent before becoming property manager of the Courthouse Square Apartments in 1969. She retired in 1986.

Surviving are her husband, Romney W. Rice; two daughters, Patricia A. Margarum of Annapolis and Jeanne E. Pokrywka of Elkton; a son, Louis Paul Rossman of Towson; two stepsons, Bruce S. Rice and D. Jeffrey Rice, both of Baltimore; a sister, Charlotte Helm, and two brothers, Louis Frederick Helm and Paul Charles Helm, all of Towson; and 10 grandchildren.
