Justice Marshall's resignation from the Supreme Court leaves it without any black justices and with a solid conservative majority. President Bush must now name a candidate to replace Marshall. We'd like your opinion: Should Bush name a black to replace Marshall, the only black justice to ever serve on the court, or not? Should Bush name a liberal, or not? Do you have any concerns about the direction the court has taken?
