Cloisters Children's Museum needs volunteers to help with its summer-long Go-Global International Festival, which spotlights the customs, traditions and heritage of many countries. The festival runs from Saturday through Sept. 1 at the museum, located at 10440 Falls Road. Call 823-2550.

Carroll County Farm Museum wants volunteer teachers in the new hands-on exhibit room. Help may include writing with a quill pen, using an apple peeler, grinding corn and other activities.
