QUESTIONABLE DEATH: Northeastern District -- Police said an autopsy was to be performed today to determine the cause of death of a 19-year-old woman who was found in the bathroom of her apartment. Police said the body of Marscela Walker, of the 4900 block of Goodnow Road, was found around 10 a.m. yesterday by her boyfriend, Kevin Emerson. Police said there were obvious signs of foul play on the body. The death is being ruled questionable pending the results of the autopsy.

BREAK-IN: Western District -- Police reported that someone broke into the Red Foxx Bar & Lounge in the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Ave. yesterday through a side door and stole $20,000 and $6,000 worth of cashier checks. Police said the thief also stole credit cards and other property. The break-in was discovered by an officer on patrol.

THEFT: Central District -- Mark Jankowski, of the 3300 block of Rosalie Ave., reported that someone broke into his parked car in the 100 block of W. Lombard St. yesterday and stole property valued at more than $400.

THEFT: Central District -- Daniel Strickler, of the 2400 block of N. Charles St., told police that someone broke into his car parked near his home yesterday and stole tools valued at $700.

BURGLARY: Central District -- A resident of the 1100 block of N. Calvert St. reported that someone entered his apartment, apparently with a key, and stole more than $2,000 and two checks.

SHOOTING: Central District -- William Gray, of the 800 block of Harlem Ave., was talking with a man in the 900 block of Argyle Ave. around 9 p.m. yesterday when the other man pulled out a handgun and shot Gray in the stomach. Police said Gray fell to the pavement and was then shot in the arm. Gray was listed in fair condition today at the University of Maryland Medical Center. A 26-year-old man known to Gray is being sought.

ROBBERY: Central District -- John Berry, of the first block of Nightingale Way in Lutherville, reported he was in the 1900 block of N. Charles St. yesterday when a man with a knife robbed him of more than $200.

BREAK-IN: Central District -- Employees of Alternative Directions Inc. in the 2500 block of N. Charles St. reported that someone broke into their office through a second-story window and stole cash and a telephone, all valued at nearly $240.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Rodney Hunter, of the 5500 block of Gwynn Ave., told police he was in the 1500 block of N. Charles St. early yesterday morning when a man with a knife robbed him of the ring he was wearing and his duffel bag, together valued at nearly $700.

ROBBERY/ABDUCTION: Central District -- Gilbert Leroy Scott, 31, of the 2400 block of Lauretta Ave., told police his car was stopped at a traffic light in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Ave. around 10 p.m. Monday when a man armed with a gun approached and ordered him to pull to the side of the street and park. The assailant robbed him of his watch and ordered him out of the car. Scott said the man forced him into the trunk of his car and drove off. Later, the gunman freed Scott in the 1200 block of W. Saratoga St. and drove off in the car. Scott walked home and called police.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Someone forced open the front door of an apartment in the 900 block of Argyle Ave. yesterday morning and stole a camera and a cordless telephone, together valued at nearly $500.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Russell Witt, of the 6200 block of Birchwood Ave., reported that someone entered the front porch of his home and stole an air conditioner and a 10-speed bike, together valued at $600.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 7100 block of Chambers Road told police that someone entered a room in her house and stole $300. The occupant told police she discovered the money missing after a man she hired to clean her gutters left for the day.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Grady Newsome, of the 1600 block of Pentland Road, reported that someone he knows

entered his house and stole property valued at nearly $3,000.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Linda Howard, 36, of the 6200 block of Loch Raven Blvd., reported that someone entered her home and stole a VCR valued at more than $400. She suspects a relative.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone broke into a car owned by Nelson Dennis, 29, while it was parked near his home in the 1700 block of Waverly Way on Monday and stole property valued nearly $200.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Michelle Johnson, of the 5300 block of Leith Road, reported that a teen-age girl she knows stole a $300, 33mm camera from her home and sold it.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Police today were seeking two men who broke into a home in the 2800 block of Berwick Ave. and stole three envelopes containing nearly $250.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Donna Knight, 29, of the 1200 block of Rossiter Ave., reported that a couple who visited her over the weekend took property valued at more than $400 when they left.
