Pr Society Meets

The Annapolis-Anne Arundel chapter of the Public Relations Society of America will meet at noon May 23 at Harry Browne's (upstairs), 66 State House Circle in Annapolis.

Frances F. Flanagan, executive director of the 12-year-old Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, will present a program on "The Evolution of a Grass-roots PR Program."

The program will follow lunch and a brief business meeting, and will end about 1:30 p.m. The cost is $15 for members and $12 for non-members.

The Public Relations Society of America is the nation's leading professional association for public relations practitioners.

The Annapolis-Anne Arundel chapter, which was founded a little over a year ago, meets on the fourth Thursday of the month for regular programs and sponsors other professional development activities.

Prospective members are welcome.
