Perry Hall boys win Baltimore Co. title Track and field

For the second straight year, Perry Hall won the Baltimore County boys track and field championship yesterday at Parkville.

The Gators accumulated 114 points, placing in the top three in 11 of the 18 events. Woodlawn finished second with 97.5, edging Milford Mill, which had 96.

Overall, Woodlawn and Milford Mill claimed firsts in four events to Perry Hall's three, but the Gators had second-place finishers in six other events.

Milford Mill's Brian Young, Woodlawn's Eric Wilson and Catonsville's Kareem Lamb each finished in first in two events.

Young won the triple jump and long jump, Lamb won the 100-meter and 400-meter --es for the second consecutive year, and Wilson won the 100-meter high hurdles and the 300-meter hurdles.

The girls championships will be held today at 3:30 p.m. at Towson.
