Realtors sponsoring Commercial/Industrial Expo at convention center

More than 80 exhibitors have signed up for the annual Commercial/Industrial Expo that the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors is sponsoring at the Baltimore Convention Center today from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event will be preceded by a symposium on the state of the real estate market from 10:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Speakers will include developers Richard Alter, David Kornblatt and Dirk Mosis; attorney Morton Fisher Jr.; Robert Frank, managing director of the Real Estate Securities Research Group at Alex. Brown & Sons; and R. Lawrence Koch Jr., senior vice president of PaineWebber Mortgage Finance Inc. David Gillece, president of Center City-Inner Harbor Development Inc. and the Baltimore Economic Development Corp., will be the moderator.

Tickets to the symposium and expo cost $30 per person for board members and $45 per person for non-members. Tickets to the Expo alone cost $7 for members and non-members.
