A 20-year-old man was arrested on drug charges Thursday night after police say they found marijuana in his car parked at a ball field in Brooklyn.

Daniel Christopher Kincer, of the unit block Pebble Drive, Brooklyn, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Officers went to the ball field because of complaints of disorderly teen-agers. They arrived to find most of the teens were leaving, but while one officer was walking between the parked cars, he saw a baton on a back seat of a car.

He told the owner to put the baton inthe trunk, because it could be used a weapon. When the man opened the car door, the officer saw an aluminum foil pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana, the police report says.
