Services for Alice G. Seymour, who served as superintendent of the Strawbridge Home for Boys in Eldersburg from 1943 until )) 1946, will be held at 11:30 a.m. today at the Murray Hill United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Fla.
Miss Seymour, who was 94, died Sunday at a hospital in Jacksonville after a long illness.
She moved from Baltimore to Jacksonville after retiring in 1963 as a cottage supervisor at the United Methodist Child Care Center in Randallstown, which absorbed the boys' home and other similar Methodist institutions in the area. She started working at Strawbridge in 1931.
