TV comedy writing workshop at UM

The University of Maryland is offering a workshop this summer in comedy writing for television.

Sessions will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings from June 4 to July 11 at College Park.

There are 24 positions available. Writers accepted into the program will complete half-hour comedy scripts. Television executives from Warner Brothers have agreed to evaluate some of the scripts.
