Recycling

It's your call

April 19, 1991

A year has passed since the 25th anniversary of the first Earth Day and many believe progress has been made in recycling efforts nationwide.

On the eve of Earth Day 1991, we would like to know whether your habits of disposing of household waste have changed in the last year.

To register your response, call SUNDIAL, the Baltimore Sun's directory of telephone information services, at 783-1800 (or 268-7736 in Anne Arundel County) until midnight Sunday.

After you hear the greeting, you'll be asked to enter a four-digit code on your touch-tone phone. Enter Category 4600 and you'll be connected with 'It's Your Call,' The Evening Sun's survey on topical issues.

'It's Your Call' represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically as would be done in a scientific public opinion poll.

Look for the results in Monday's Evening Sun.
