Chicago Cubs -- Placed OF Dave Clark (.275, 5, 20) and IF Domingo Ramos (.265, 2, 17) on waivers for purpose of releasing them. Optioned P Dave Pavlas (2-0, 2.11) to Class AAA Iowa.
