Crosby Communications Inc. has created a corporate identity package and marketing materials for Cameo/Snider Bros., one of the nation's largest property management firms, with headquarters in Bethesda.

Crosby produced the firm's new logo, presentation folder and corporatebrochure, as well as advertising and a trade show display to promotethe company's new identity.

Crosby Communications is at 647 Ridgely Ave. in Annapolis.


Consortium training at Anne Arundel Community College allows businesses of various sizes to pool their dollars in employee training, and the college is offering a varied selection of subjects beginning April 2.

The one- and two-day seminars run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at a cost of $66 per student per day. Half-day sessions, from 9 a.m. to noon, cost $30.

Topics include fundamentals of Lotus 1-2-3, managerial techniques for secretaries, and time management. Contact Judith White at the Office of Business and Employee Training for dates, times and further information.

Anne Arundel Community College is sponsoring a three-part "Successful Money Management" seminar at 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. April 3 at the college's Arnold campus.

The seminar continueson the next two consecutive Wednesdays at the same time and location, and covers basic financial planning topics: investments, lowering taxes, retirement planning, long-term health care, and developing a personal financial plan.

The class is designed for people of all incomes and occupations, including retired individuals. It costs $39, which covers the cost of instruction and all materials for one couple or a single individual.

The topic for the 11:30 a.m. April 3 Entrepreneur's Exchange Luncheon at Busch's Chesapeake Inn is "Working Smarter From Home."

Pete Kelly and Mary Kay Brought, two successful members of the Entrepreneur's Exchange, will share their experiences and tips to attendees.

The Annapolis chapter of the Public Relations Society of America will sponsor a 40-minute video program from PRSA headquarters, "Effective Planning and Budgeting Public Relations," at 5:30 p.m. April 4 at the Anne Arundel County Public Works Conference Room, 1 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis.

There is a $3 charge to non-members and reservations are requested.

The U.S. NavalAcademy Sailing Squadron and Sail Annapolis Committee of the GreaterAnnapolis Chamber of Commerce will co-sponsor the Safety-At-Sea Seminar for the third year at 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. April 6, with an advanced sailing seminar from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 7 on the grounds ofthe academy.

The first seminar will outline preparations, equipment and procedures that prudent first-time offshore sailors might wantto consider. The second session will focus on modern yacht design, heavy weather sailing, communications and more.

Reservations are requested as soon as possible. Tickets are $40 ($50 at the door), and special discounts are available to USYRU members who supply their membership numbers.
