Small firms likely to be where jobs are

Large companies are expected to continue to slim down i coming years, resulting in fewer job opportunities at the country's largest firms, according to recruiters and outplacement specialists.

Job growth, they say, will come from the very smallest businesses, and these companies will be looking for experienced people who can wear many different hats.
