Financial services

Modern Woodmen of America, a fraternal life insurance company, appointed Dean R. Clements an agency manager.

Matterhorn Bank Programs Inc., a subsidiary of AVEMCO Corp., elected Patrick C. Dolan vice president.

The KMS Group Inc., a developer of commercial real estate based in Columbia, promoted Catherine M. Ward to assistant vice president, retail leasing.

Legg Mason Realty Group Inc., a real estate consulting subsidiary of Legg Mason Inc., appointed Calvin V. Thomas Jr. vice president and regional manager for its appraisal-services division.

RPR Economic Consultants announced the formation of an affiliated firm, RPR Realty Advisors. Joining RPR are Andrew P. Siwulec and Donald F. Erb.

On the board

T. Rowe Price Associates Inc., a Baltimore-based investment management firm, elected John W. Rosenblum and Robert L. Strickland directors.
