* WHERE: Baltimore Arena.

* WHERE: Capital Centre.

* WHEN: Tomorrow, 7:30 p.m.

* TV/RADIO: Home Team Sports; WTOP-AM (1500), WINX-AM (1600).

* OUTLOOK: Dominique Wilkins leads Atlanta (37-30) against the struggling Bullets (23-42), who are on a three-game losing streak. The Bullets' leading scorer Bernard King (lower back strain/flu) continues to be day-to-day, while center/forward Charles Jones (pulled groin) is questionable. If King is unable to play tonight, it will be the fifth straight game he has missed. The Bullets and Hawks have split two games this season, with each winning on its home court. The Hawks' John Battle (groin strain) is questionable, as is Spud Webb (knee contusion).

Tomorrow, Philadelphia tries to extend its 3-0 edge in the season series with the Bullets. The last time the Bullets won at home against the Sixers was Dec. 1, 1989, at the Arena. King leads the Bullets in scoring against Philadelphia at 26.7 points, but rookie A.J. English is right behind him with a 25-point average.
