VS. ST. LOUIS BLUES

* WHEN: Tonight, 7:35.

* WHERE: Capital Centre.

* TV/RADIO: HTS; WCAO-AM 600.

* OUTLOOK: St. Louis could arrive in a fighting mood after a penalty-filled (278 minutes' worth) 6-4 loss to Chicago left it five points behind the first-place Blackhawks. The Capitals, meanwhile, are riding high, coming off a 6-0 rout of the Flyers that puts them 5-1-2 in their last eight games and within a point of third-place Philadelphia. With 79 goals, the Blues' Brett Hull is shooting to become the third player in league history to score 80 in a season.
