Benton Named Specialist

Larry Benton, a multimillion dollar sales associate with Champion Realty Inc.'s Severna Park office, was recently awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Realtors National Marketing Institute.

The CRS designation is recognized as a symbol of excellence in residential sales.

Benton is a member of the state, Anne Arundel and Prince George'scounties' Association of Realtors, serving as a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors Computer Advisory Committee.


H. Martin Moore, president of Gryphon Associates in Annapolis, was the featured speaker at the Niagara Frontier (N.Y.) chapter of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives meeting.

Moore presented his recently published article, "The Seven Deadly Sins of Capital Campaigns," from Fund Raising magazine to the group.

Moore, a certified fund-raising executive, is a founding memberof the Independent Consultants Alliance.


FH & C Advertising Inc. of Annapolis has announced that one of the firms' partners, Donald Fenhagen, has resigned to pursue personal interests.

Fenhagen will open his own business in Baltimore, leaving the Eastport business to president David Hoffberger and art director Simeon Coxe.

The company will continue to provide full-service marketing, advertising and design to its clients.


O'Conor, Piper & Flynn Realtors recently celebrated sales associates Don and Carol Adams' 10th year selling real estate in Anne Arundel County.

1990 also saw the Adamses win the designation of top sales agents, having the most transactions for the year for the Severna Park office of O'Conor, Piper & Flynn.
