Skipjacks preview

March 15, 1991|By Nestor Aparicio

* WHEN: Tomorrow (7:30) and Sunday (7 p.m.).

* WHERE: Baltimore Arena.

* RADIO: WLIF-AM 1300.

* OUTLOOK: The Skipjacks (36-29-6), who are undefeated in their last five, continue to do what it takes to get points, stealing one last night with a 5-5 tie in Springfield. Robbie Laird said the team won't see ice again until tomorrow night. Jim Hrivnak, who has played in all five games of the streak, showed signs of fatigue last night as did the entire defensive unit. Cape Breton (33-30-8), in third place in the Northern Division with 74 points, plays in Utica tonight so fatigue could also be a factor on their side.
