Unarmed man robs Maryland National Bank

An unarmed man wearing a purple jogging outfit robbed a Maryland National Bank in Northeast Baltimore yesterday and escaped with a small amount of cash, police said.

Police said the robber also took with him a red dye pack that had

been planted with the cash by a teller at the bank in the 5300 block of Belair Road.

Witnesses told police that the man had gone to a bank across the street before robbing Maryland National.
