Richard B. Fulton, a retired manufacturers' representative, died Monday of pneumonia at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. He was 90 and lived in Edgewater.
Services for Mr. Fulton will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Taylor funeral chapel in Annapolis.
He retired in 1966 as owner of the R.B. Fulton Co., which he started in Baltimore in 1935 and now is owned by his son.
Born in Hampton, Va., and raised in Catonsville, Mr. Fulton was a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute and studied engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
