Marie F. Murr Native of Baltimore

A memorial Mass for Marie F. Murr, a native of Baltimore, will be offered at 9 a.m. today at the Roman Catholic Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 8501 Loch Raven Blvd.

Mrs. Murr, who was 73 and lived in Lakewood, Ohio, for the past 25 years, died Feb. 18 of cancer at a hospital there.

The former Marie Filadelfia was a graduate of Eastern High School.

She worked for the former War Department in Washington for about 10 years and then for five years worked at a government agency in Los Angeles, where she met and married Arthur L. Murr. They lived in Baltimore for several years in the 1960s before moving to Ohio.

Mrs. Murr is survived by a son, Charles A. Murr of Lakewood; three sisters, Carmela Hancock and Adelina Buberl of Baltimore and Angela Colaianni of Towson; a brother, Joseph Filadelfia of Baltimore; and many nieces and nephews.
