Ruth K. Denison Corporate treasurer

Services for Ruth K. Denison, secretary and treasurer of C. D. Denison Orthopaedic Appliance Corp., will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 1108 Providence Road, Towson.

Mrs. Denison, who was 90, died Wednesday at her home in the Hampton House Apartments after an illness of more than a month.

She had been secretary and treasurer of the company since her husband, Cedric D. Denison, founded it in 1940.

She had worked with him in a similar business in New Haven, Conn., from the time they were married in 1925 until they moved to Baltimore in 1938 so that Mr. Denison could take a job with the Baltimore League for Crippled Children and Adults. He died in 1980.

A native of Hornell, N.Y., the former Ruth Kraft was a graduate of a nearby teachers' college and taught in Passaic, N.J., before her marriage.

Mrs. Denison is survived by a son, Robert K. Denison of Towson; three granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters.
