County police saidthe tires on 11 cars in the parking lot of Snyder's Willow Grove Restaurant, in the 800 block Hammonds Ferry Road, were slashed on Fridaynight. Police have a suspect andare looking for him.

Two hours after the Linthicum vandalism was reported, the tires on two cars parked in the Comfort Inn lot, in the 600 block Belle Grove Road in Brooklyn Park, were found slashed.

Three cars in the Glen Burnie and Millersville area had their tires slashed Friday night or early Saturday. Police do not know if the incidents are related.

Twenty-three cars parked in residential and parking areas in the Annapolis and Davidsonville areas also were vandalized over the weekend.

The cars' windows were smashed or appeared to be broken with pellet guns, police reports said.

The glove boxes in some cars were ransacked but nothing was reported taken.

In addition, police said the windows of a least two Edgewater homes were shot out and a Glendale man told police that a $100 radar detector was stolen from his carafter a window was smashed while the vehicle was parked outside a Riva bar Friday night.

Seven Berkshire Drive residents in Riva reported to police that their cars also were vandalized sometime between Friday night and early Saturday.

Police are investigating whether the incidents are linked to earlier vandalism reported at the nearby park and ride lot on Harry S. Truman Parkway.
