* WHERE: Capital Centre.

* WHEN: Tonight, 7:30.

* RADIO: WTOP-AM (1500) and WINX-AM (1600).

* OUTLOOK: The Bullets (22-31) are coming off a 118-113 loss to the Chicago Bulls Tuesday. Wes Unseld's team has won only two of its last nine games. Against the Heat, the Bullets lost the season opener in Florida and then won here in January, 105-101. The Heat (15-36) is 4-21 on the road, the third-worst road record in the league.

Forward John Williams has averaged six points, five rebounds and 3.8 assists in 18.8 minutes over the last three games. "The main thing is to win some ballgames," he said. The Bullets will again be without starting guards Darrell Walker (knee) and Haywoode Workman (groin). Mark Alarie (tendinitis left knee) remains doubtful and Tom Hammonds (flu) is questionable. For the Heat, Kevin Edwards (strained tendon in left thumb) is doubtful.
