Services will take place for Annapolis resident Ray Silverman at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Hardesty Funeral Home.

Mr. Silverman, 72, died of a heart attack Feb. 19 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

A resident since 1968, he was a semi-retired automobile broker inthe Annapolis area.

He was a member of Broadneck Lodge 2608 and enjoyed boating.

His wife, Betty Waltmann Silverman, died in 1987.

He is survived by a son, Stuart Silverman of Annapolis; a daughter, Pamela Jacobs of Arnold; a sister, Estelle Cohen of Brooklyn, N.Y.;and one granddaughter.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association.
