Steve Khan trio to perform at Towson State

Jazz guitarist Steve Khan and his trio will perform tomorrow night at 8:15 in Towson State University's Fine Arts Building Concert Hall, Osler and Cross Campus drives. Mr. Khan, formerly with Josef Zawinal (founder of the fusion jazz group Weather Report), has recorded with Steely Dan, Billy Joel, James Brown, Aretha Franklin and Kenny Loggins.

Tickets are $10 general admission, $7 for students, faculty and staff and senior citizens. Call 830-ARTS for more information.

Bart Simpson and the family, as well as Barbie, the world's most famous doll, will spring to life when the Ice Capades come to the Baltimore Arena, 201 W. Baltimore St., Wednesday to next Sunday.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Friday; 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Thursday; 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday; and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. next Sunday. "Over 40," a new musical comedy about celebrating life after 40, will play at the Lyric Opera House, 140 W. Mount Royal Ave., Thursday to next Sunday.

"Over 40" features four women who share their fears, anxieties and thoughts about getting older, marriage, sex and religion through dialogue, music and song. Show time is 8 p.m. on Thursday; all seats for opening night are $17.50. Other performance times are 8 p.m. Friday, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday.
