February 16, 1991

A 47-year-old Millersville woman was shot to death yesterday during an argument with her husband over financial matters, Anne Arundel County police report.

Young Ja Hung was found dead in the living room of her home in the 700 block of Live Oak Drive, according to Officer V. Richard Molloy, a police spokesman. She had several gunshot wounds to her upper torso.

Her husband, Chang Pyo Hung, a 50-year-old grocer, was arrested at the scene and charged with first-degree murder, Officer Molloy said.

Detectives said the shooting occurred about 2:30 a.m. The police said they were called to the house by the couple's 15-year-old daughter.
