* OUTLOOK: Georgia Tech (13-8, 5-5 in the Atlantic Coast Conference) has dropped three of its last four, but the win was an 80-65 victory over Maryland 12 days ago. The Yellow Jackets are in a team shooting slump, and guards Kenny Anderson (23.9 points) and Jon Barry (15.9) are the prime victims. In addition, transfer center Matt Geiger has been slow to shake off a sprained ankle.


* WHERE: Towson Center.

* RADIO: WCVT-FM 89.7.

* OUTLOOK: Towson State (15-7, 9-0 in East Coast Conference) has won its last 14 games against conference opponents and is 12-2 overall since bowing to Alabama in December. No. 2 ECC scorer (21.7) Devin Boyd missed the last game with the flu, but Chuck Lightening picked up the slack with 19 points. Drexel (8-14, 4-4) has taken 396 three-point shots, five over the school record set last year. The Dragons' Jonathan Raab is the ECC's No. 2 rebounder and Clarence Armstrong is the conference assists leader.

* WHERE: Delaware Field House.

* RADIO: WITH-AM 1230.

* OUTLOOK: UMBC (2-20, 1-7) has dropped five straight since edging Delaware, 78-77, Jan. 23 for its only East Coast Conference win. Freshman guard Spencer Ferguson has been a bright spot, contributing 18 rebounds over the last three games. Delaware (10-12, 5-4) may be without ECC leading rebounder Spencer Dunkley, who has missed three games with a broken hand. Delaware's Mark Murray was named ECC Player of the Week after averaging 25 points and 8.7 rebounds; he scored his 1,000th career point last week.
