KCI Technologies, a regional consulting engineering firm, named Jeffrey G. Gaber director of business development.

WKHI-FM Radio in Ocean City named Stevie Prettyman general manager.

McCormick & Co. Inc., a Hunt Valley-based producer of seasonings, flavorings and specialty foods, named Michael P. Traskey director of organization development; Cecile K. Perich, director of compensation and benefits; Fred Lissauer, director of international business development for the International Group; and Arnie Stone, director of supermarket prepared foods for the McCormick Flavor Group.

MET Electrical Testing Co. Inc., a Baltimore-based provider of communications testing, safety certification and environmental testing, named Jeffrey J. Tozer sales engineer in the Laboratory Group.

WMAR-TV in Baltimore named Willy Walker executive producer of Channel 2 News.

Maryland Nurses Association in Baltimore appointed Patricia Carrigton executive director.

Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting and consulting firm with an office in Baltimore, named James W. Zug to the Firm Council, a group of 175 senior U.S. partners that functions as a board of directors. Mr. Zug is managing partner of the Baltimore office.
