Annapolis Chamber Sets Letters Campaign

February 10, 1991

The Greater Annapolis Chamber of Commerce recently announced the "Maryland Letter to the Troops Campaign" in conjunction with many area businesses.

Recognizing the importance of mail and support from back home to troops serving in the war in the Persian Gulf, the Chamber organized a campaign to let them know that the folks back home appreciate their service for our country.

The Chamber is encouraging county businesses to be a part of the campaign and have as many employees participate in letter writing as possible.

Employees of Manpower Temporary Services will visit youroffice once a week on a prearranged schedule to pick up your letters--or you can drop letters off at the Chamber office, One Annapolis St., 2nd Floor. Information: 268-7676.
