REAL ESTATE NOTES

February 10, 1991|By Edward Gunts

Barton Dame Inc. has updated The Baltimore Surplus Property Guide, a resource guide listing all surplus real estate owned by Baltimore City. Initially published in June of 1990, the guide provides addresses, zoning, city sector and information about which agency in the city people should contact in order to purchase a particular property.

"This guide is another resource to assist in converting vacant properties into viable, tax-producing housing for Baltimore City residents," said Robert W. Hearn, the city's housing commissioner.

"It shows there are good values available for investors and homeowners interested in purchasing city properties."

Copies of the guide cost $100 and are available from Barton Dame. Updates are mailed free to existing subscribers.
