Kids, and the war on television PERSIAN GULF SHOWDOWN

It's your call

February 01, 1991

Respondents to The Evening Sun's telephone survey were split on the question of whether parents should limit what children can watch of the Persian Gulf war on television. Ninety-three callers to SUNDIAL yesterday said parents should limit what and how much their children watch, while 93 callers believed that children should be exposed to the realities of war.

"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically as would be done in a scientific public opinion poll.
