Gustave W. Lund, a retired supervisor for the Baltimore Gas and Electric Co., died Jan. 24 of heart failure at his home in Salisbury.
Services for Mr. Lund, who was 85, were held Monday at the Barranco and Sons Funeral Home in Severna Park.
He retired 23 years ago after working many years for BG&E.
Until moving to Salisbury about six months ago, Mr. Lund had lived in Big Pine Key, Fla., for about 15 years. Earlier, he had lived in Cape St. Claire.
Born in Baltimore, he was a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute.
He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothea E. Bell; a daughter, Merle R. Dunty of Cape St. Claire; two sisters, Lillian Kudzma of Salisbury and Mildred Henderson of Baltimore; a brother, Clifford Lund of Pasadena; and two grandchildren.
