Services for Carroll O. Weston Jr., a retired fiscal analyst for the Health Care Financing Administration, will be held at 1 p.m. pTC today at the Barranco and Sons Funeral Home, Ritchie Highway and Robinson Road in Severna Park.

Mr. Weston, who was 68 and was known as Bud, died Sunday of cancer at his home in Manhattan Beach.

A resident of the Linstead area for many years, he also lived in Catonsville before moving to Manhattan Beach about two years ago.

He worked for the federal agency 20 years and retired in 1983.

A native of Baltimore and a 1941 graduate of City College, he attended the University of Maryland in College Park. During World War II, he served in the Army.

He was a former president of the Brooklyn Lions Club and a member of the Severn River Lions Club, the Severna Park Jaycees, the Chartwell Country Club and the B&D Social Club in Catonsville.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, the former Margaretta Cake; two daughters, Laura Lee Boulay of Arnold and Leslie Weston of Severna Park; his mother, Ida B. Weston of Ellicott City; and four grandchildren.
