A Mass of Christian burial for Clifton L. Foster, a retired electrician at the Sparrows Point plant of the Bethlehem Steel Corp., at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary the Virgin Episcopal Church, Walbrook and Clifton avenues.

Mr. Foster, who was 82 and lived on Courtleigh Drive in Randallstown, died Wednesday of cancer at the Baltimore County General Hospital.

He retired about 25 years ago after more than 40 years at the plant.

A native of Victoria, Va., he came to Baltimore as a youth.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, the former Marie Taylor; a daughter, Sara Lee Foster of Randallstown; and several nieces and nephews.
