3. "ROSEANNE," ABC, 19.6, 18.2 million homes.

4. "MURDER, SHE WROTE," CBS, 18.8, 17.5 million homes.

5. "ABC SPECIAL REPORT A Line in the Sand," ABC, 18.1, 16.9 million homes.

6. "DESIGNING WOMEN," CBS, 18.0, 16.8 million homes.

6. "MURPHY BROWN," CBS, 18.0, 16.8 million homes.

8. "MATLOCK," NBC, 17.2, 16.0 million homes.

9. "ABC SPECIAL REPORT," ABC, 16.1, 15.0 million homes.
