WESTMINSTER — McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond, a certified public accountant firm, has merged with Carl R. Hildebrand, CPA.
Hildebrand will continue his concentration in tax and business consulting.
The firm also has offices in Baltimore, Frederick and Rockville, Montgomery County.
