Afl-cio Members Can Go To Class Free

AFL-CIO union members and their families may attend free classes to brush up on reading, writing and math skills or work toward earning aMaryland High School Diploma by preparing for the GED exam. Classes are individualized and self-paced to meet each student's needs.

Classes will be offered from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning Jan. 14, at the Hickory I Complex, 2220 Ady Road, in Bel Air.

To join a class, students must attend a registration session scheduled from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, at the Hickory I Complex.
