Services for Robert Gustaf O'Dell, who had operated feed and grain mills on the Eastern Shore, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Sassafras Street, Millington.

Mr. O'Dell, 73, died of a heart attack Wednesday at Kent and Queen Anne's Hospital in Chestertown.

Born in Marcus Hook, Pa., Mr. O'Dell was a resident of Millington, where he had founded Millington Feed and Grain Mills in 1946. He sold the business to Central Grain of Delaware in 1976 but continued to manage the operation until his retirement in 1982.

He was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church, a charter member of the Millington Lions Club, a member of the American Legion Post No. 192, and for 35 years a board member of the Millington Bank of Maryland, now the Farmers National Bank.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, the former Gladys V. O'Dell; a daughter, Carol Marshall of Lunenburg, Mass.; a brother, Donald O'Dell of Millington; a sister, Ruth Slater of Avondale, Pa.; a granddaughter; and three step-grandchildren.
