* WHEN: Tonight, 8:05.

* WHERE: Capital Centre.

* TV/RADIO: HTS and WCAO-AM 600.

* WHEN: Tomorrow, 7:35.

* WHERE: Le Colisee.

* OUTLOOK: The struggling Caps are 0-5-1 in their last six games and Terry Murray has promised major changes if the team doesn't begin to show signs of life. The defense and goalies Mike Liut and Don Beaupre allowed Pittsburgh five goals in the first 12 minutes in Wednesday's 7-3 drubbing. They face a tough task tonight in the first-place Rangers (20-13-6), who are missing just one player -- Jan Erixon. Meanwhile, the Caps (18-20-1) are just trying to get healthy, with Chris Felix, Neil Sheehy, Mikhail Tatarinov, Alan May, Jim Hrivnak and Dave Tippett out. Hrivnak could see action with the Jacks before the weekend is over.
