December 28, 1990

An unidentified man was stabbed to death yesterday during an apparent drug-related robbery in Northwest Baltimore, police said.

An off-duty Baltimore City Jail guard found the victim's body about 4:30 a.m. on the street beside the Community Baptist Church of Walbrook in the 3500 block of Mondawmin Avenue, said Agent Arlene K. Jenkins, a police spokeswoman.

The victim's pants pockets were turned out, police said.

Police said three bags of crack cocaine were found beside the victim, who was described as about 25 years of age and about 5 feet 6 inches tall.

They said they had no suspects.
