Mamie Eloise Ingram, an assistant manager of the Johns Hopkins Hospital branch of the Maryland National Bank, died Nov. 16 at the Francis Scott Key Medical Center after an illness of several months.

Miss Ingram, who was 40 and lived on Glenheights Road, started out in the bank's credit card department when she was 17 and worked several years at the Mondawmin branch.

Born in Lawrenceville, Va., she came to Baltimore as a child and graduated from Edmondson High School. She later studied at the Automation Institute.

She is survived by her mother, Mamie Ethel Ingram of Baltimore; two brothers, George L. Ingram of Randallstown and Rufus Thames Ingram of Baltimore; a sister, Ethel I. Estep of Baltimore; 11 nephews and nieces; and six grandnephews and grandnieces.

Services were held Nov. 18 at the Jerusalem Baptist Church.
