Services for Richard P. Rieman Sr., who managed apartment and commercial properties in the Baltimore area and in Ocean City, will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Barranco and Sons Funeral Home, Ritchie Highway and Robinson Road in Severna Park.

Mr. Rieman, who was 61, died Wednesday of cancer at his home in Berlin. He moved to the Eastern Shore community about five years ago and worked for Nicoll and Associates in Ocean City.

In the Baltimore area, he had been a supervisor for Henderson Webb Inc. He was associated for many years with Wallace H. Campbell and Co.

The Baltimore native served in the Navy in the late 1940s and in the Marine Corps during the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, the former Dorothy Mae Rehr; a son, Richard P. Rieman Jr. of Pasadena; a daughter, Connie M. Mosner of Lutherville; two brothers, Frederick Rieman Jr. of Randallstown and John Rieman of Baltimore; and four grandchildren.
