TANEYTOWN - Taneytown Bank and Trust has appointed Barbara Harrington as its new marketing director to coordinate advertising, events and public relations for the company.
Harrington is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and has a degree in marketing. She comes to Taneytown Bank and Trust from Wheaton Plaza Regional Shopping Center, where she served as the events coordinator.
