The Census Bureau has solved the budget deficit. It missed half the poor people, so we won't have to spend on them.

Furniture stores are in trouble. Too many people can't afford any. They sit on the floor.

Theologians hold that some wars are just and others immoral. It's just tough to tell which are which before they are over.

At least the gulf crisis keeps us from dwelling on the deficit, the recession, drugs, poverty and crime in the streets.
