Celebrate Hanukkah at these events:

December 14, 1990

*The Jewish Community Center's Family-to-Family program for Soviet immigrants will sponsor a family Hanukkah program Sunday starting at 2 p.m. in the Dalsheimer Auditorium of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Ave. Highlights include Russian music and dance, piano favorites and mime. Free.

*College Services Candle Lighting will feature singing by Sarah Watkins, a Peabody student, at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the Jewish (( Community Center, 5700 Park Heights Ave.

*A Family Hanukkah Party, including aerobics for kids, light fare and singing, will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Owings Mills JCC, 3506 Gwynnbrook Ave. Adults $3, children $1.

*An Older Adult Services Candle Lighting will be held at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the JCC, 5700 Park Heights.

*A Hanukkah dinner and concert, featuring music by the Kol Chayim Orchestra and Israeli dancing, will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Owings Mills JCC. Tickets are $9 for adults, $4 for children; advance sales only. Call 356-5200.

*A Jewish Festival, featuring booths and activities for children and entertainment for adults, will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 23 at the Adath Yeshurun Congregation, Old Court and Rolling roads; $2 per family; reservations requested. Call 521-1811.
